Troubleshooting - agent install
For all agents, please make sure that all prerequisites are in place.
409 error in installer
This error occurs if you have reached the agent limit of your AIMS environment. Please contact support for assistance.
Missing agent data in the AIMS GUI
In most cases, some settings / rights have been changed on the server or are missing. Please go through the prerequisites list for the installed agent to verify. You should also verify that your firewall is open for port 80 / 443.
